Pricing & costs
- How much does a website cost with Veltrix Ecom?
- Projects start from $100. That covers a clean, conversion-focused website setup on Squarespace or Shopify. Larger projects — custom sections, heavy product catalogues, migrations or bespoke development — are scoped individually and quoted as a fixed, itemised proposal before we start.
- What is included in the starting price?
- Design setup and configuration, homepage and core page layouts, mobile optimisation, essential integrations, SEO basics, and a launch checklist so the website is ready to perform.
- Are there any hidden fees?
- No. Your platform subscription (Squarespace or Shopify), paid themes and third-party apps are billed by those providers directly to you. Everything we charge is listed in the proposal you approve before work begins.
- Do you offer payment plans?
- Yes. Most projects run on a split: a deposit to reserve your build slot and the balance at launch. Larger builds can be milestone-based.
Timelines & process
- How long does a website build take?
- A focused website build typically takes 5–10 business days from the moment we have your brand assets and content. Redesigns and migrations usually run 2–4 weeks depending on page count and custom work.
- How fast do you reply to an enquiry?
- Within 1 hour during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST). You get a clear plan, timeline and price — not a sales pitch.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your logo and brand assets if you have them, photos and written content, and a short brief on your goals. If any of that is missing, we help you fill the gaps.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Every build includes revision rounds at design and pre-launch stage so the store matches your brand before it goes live.
The growth plan
- What is the free growth plan?
- Run your website URL through our free analyser and request the plan. We review your site and send a prioritised action list: what is costing you conversions today, what to fix first, and the expected impact of each change.
- What does the growth plan include?
- A store health score, speed and mobile experience notes, homepage and product page conversion issues, trust and checkout gaps, SEO basics, and a ranked roadmap of fixes with rough effort levels.
- Is the growth plan really free?
- Yes. There is no cost and no obligation. You can implement the plan yourself or hire us to execute it.
- How do I request one?
- Use the store analyser on the homepage or contact page, then tap GET MY GROWTH PLAN. Your store details are pre-filled into the enquiry form so it takes seconds.

- Can you migrate my website to a new platform?
- We handle migrations between platforms — including products, pages, customers and content — with redirects in place so your search visibility is protected.
- Do you provide ongoing support and marketing?
- Yes. We offer ongoing support and growth retainers covering updates, performance, new pages, SEO, ads management, email campaigns and continuous conversion improvements.
- Do I keep ownership of my website?
- Always. You own the website, accounts and billing. We work as a collaborator and hand over full access at launch.
- Which countries do you work with?
- We work worldwide and regularly build for brands in the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Denmark and New Zealand. Everything runs remotely over email, WhatsApp and calls.
